Recipe: Chocolate & espresso avocado mousse

Ingredients
Mousse
- 1 large avocado
- ¾ cup coconut cream
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- ½ block melted dark chocolate
- 1 to 2 tsp. ground coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 handful freeze-dried raspberries
- 1 handful chopped nuts
Method
In a blender combine all the mousse ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and set in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
Remove from fridge, top with raspberries and chopped nuts and eat!
