Welding it all together

Health and wellbeing has a new home in Christchurch. The Welder brings all aspects of a healthy life under one roof in Welles Street.

Trendy Welles Street has a new hotspot, The Welder, the first health and wellbeing centre of this scale in the country. It’s a place where you can celebrate all parts of wellbeing, expanding further than just healthy eating into physical wellbeing, mindfulness and sociability. Balance is at the core of The Welder, which is located in six beautifully repurposed character buildings dating back to 1880. Some days you might pop in for a yoga class and a salad, other days you might eat pastries and drink beer. Or get a new hairdo.
